 orts\, Brightside ABA Services is offering five virtual Parent Coaching Wo
 rkshops.\n\nIn this workshop\,  participants will learn the differences b
 etween reinforcement and punishment\, as well as learn what reinforcement 
 is and how this impacts behaviour. Information will be shared on how to es
 tablish motivation with your child/youth and use motivation for learning n
 ew skills. There will be some discussion on the reasons we engage in certa
 in behaviours (the functions of behaviour)\; whether it is to escape a tas
 k\, gain attention\, access items etc.
