SUMMARY:PARENT COACHING WORKSHOP - MOTIVATION AND REINFORCEMENT
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Ontario Autism Program’s Foundational Supports
 \, Brightside ABA is offering a series of virtual Parent Coaching Workshop
 s.  All workshops are presented by a highly qualified ABA Consultant.\n\n
 \n\nDate:  February 16\, 2021 - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.\n\nMotivation &amp\; R
 einforcement - Participants will learn the differences between reinforceme
 nt and punishment\, as well as learn what reinforcement is and how this im
 pacts behaviour. Information will be shared on how to establish motivation
  with your child/youth and use motivation for learning new skills. There w
 ill be some discussion on the reasons we engage in certain behaviours (the
  functions of behaviour)\; whether it is to escape a task\, gain attention
 \, access items\, etc.\n\n\nAll sessions are free of charge.\n\n&nbsp\;
