General izing a skill is important for various reasons\; after you teach a skill t o your child you would want them to also perform that skill with other peo ple and in different situations/environments such as saying hi to various individuals. This workshop will focus on what is generalization\, what is maintenance\, why are they so important and the difference between the two ?  We will also discuss tips that caregivers can use in their day-to-day life to teach generalization to their child.
