DESCRIPTION:As part of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Foundational Suppor
 ts\, Brightside ABA Services is offering the following workshop free of ch
 arge.\n\n\n\nDate:  October 19\, 2021\nTime:  6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.\n\n
 \n\nParticipants will learn the differences between reinforcement and puni
 shment\, as well as learn what reinforcement is and how this impacts behav
 iour.  Information will be shared on how to establish motivation with you
 r child/youth and use motivation for learning new skills.  There will be 
 some discussion on the reasons we engage in certain behaviours (the functi
 ons of behaviour)\; whether it is to escape a task\, gain attention\, acce
 ss items\, etc.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
