Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Coordination

The Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Coordinator will work with children, youth and families living with FASD up until the age of 18 or 21 and still attending school. You must reside in Waterloo Region.

In addition, resources can be provided to health and social service providers wanting more information about FASD.

Referrals to our FASD Coordinator can be made through the PLEXUS FASD website or by emailing plexusfasd@sunbeamcommunity.ca.
